Introduction to Level 2 Art Design

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Miss K. Lobb.

This course is for students who are leaning towards a career in the creative industries and would like to develop their skills in Design. Students will  use the Adobe programmes Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign and other ‘digital tools’ such as drawing tablets. Students will have the opportunity to generate their own imagery through Photography and the use of a SLR camera.


You MUST of taken L1 Digital Art to take this course. We recommend taking this course for the whole year to gain maximum credits, as the 'extension' course offers the folio which is 12 credits.

If you have not taken Level 1 Digital Art, you can submit a portfolio of your photography to Miss Lobb for consideration to be accepted onto this course.

L1 Digital Art is compulsory. If you did not take L1 Digital Art, you can submit a portfolio of digital art you have made to be considered for this course.
