Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mr V. Tuhoe

This course teaches students the skills involved in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, as well as Google programs and Adobe software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash etc. It is a mix of unit and achievement standards. It is designed to help students who want to use computers in a business context or along a more creative pathway, such as Web Design, Game Design, Coding, 3D printing, robotics, laser cutting and Desktop Publishing.


Recommended Prior Learning

The course is open entry, though preference will be given to students who have taken Digital Technology in Year 10.
