Level 2 Music: Applying Sounds of Culture

Embark on a journey through time, uncovering the beats and rhythms that have shaped music across cultures. This course dives into how historical music has influenced the sounds we hear today. You'll perform and create music inspired by both classic and modern styles, sharpening your musical abilities while connecting with the cultural roots of music. This is an excellent opportunity to refine your skills and become a more knowledgeable and skilled musician, ready to lead in the arts.

You can begin to focus more on your strengths of either composing or performance at this level.

NOTE: 

An external may also be offered for students wishing to gain endorsement, however, it is recommended that both Semesters of Music are taken for students to develop their knowledge in order to do this exam. 

Additionally, for students wishing to focus on a high level of solo performance skills, it is recommended that students take both Semesters to attain the level of skills required and receive enough Itinerant tuition.
