Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mr J. Borland

The aim of this course is to provide opportunities for students to participate in regular physical activity. Through this students will be required to: analyse their own skill level in sport, participate and reflect on leadership styles, investigate an event and the impact it has on people, draw on scientific knowledge to understand the body and how it works and develop interpersonal skills in a group. This is an achievement standard course and is ideal for those students who would like to persue academic qualifications and attend university.
