The aim of this course is to provide opportunities for students to participate in regular physical activity. Through this students will be required to; analyse their own skill level in a variety of sports, analyse a variety of teaching philosophies, draw on scientific knowledge to understand the body and how it works and develop interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.
