Recommended Prior LearningAn interest in learning Tongan Language, and trying something new. A basic knowledge/understanding of the Tongan Language would be beneficial. Students must also be willing to participate/contribute in class discussions.
Malo e lelei! In Year 9 Lea Faka-Tonga (Semester 1) you will begin to learn the Tongan language and how it is written and spoken. You will also learn and grow to understand the Tongan culture and traditions through the language.
