Level 3 Physical Education - Bodybuilding/Fitness
Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mr J. Borland.
This course will look at a range of principles and methods of training for a purpose. You will need a fitness goal, look at methods of training you can apply to meet the goal, apply principles of training and keep a weekly record of the implementation of the training. There will be the choice of participating in unit or achievement standards, which can be negotiated with the teacher.
