Course Description

Teacher in Charge: A. Wilson.

This course is designed to allow students to become literate in key scientific concepts and become fluent in the process of Scientific Inquiry. They will develop an understanding of the world built on current scientific theories, learn that science involves particular processes and ways of developing and organizing knowledge, and that these continue to evolve.
Students will use their scientific knowledge and skills for problem-solving and develop research skills to extend their ability to make informed decisions about issues that can impact their community.
