Course Description

Teacher in Charge:

This course will allow you to build a foundation of knowledge on personal and interpersonal strategies to enhance your well-being. Students will attend a two day camp in Tawharanui where you will focus on self-management and self-efficacy. In class, you will also gain skills about self-care and its impact on the four dimensions of well-being.
