Level 1 Physical Education Sports Science

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mr J. Borland.

This course explores the science of movement in both Volleyball and Badminton. There is a practical component and a theory component. Practically the students will be assessed on skills, and strategies to improve performance. In the classroom, students will learn about anatomy, biomechanics and exercise physiology as it relates to badminton and volleyball.
