Course Description

Talofa lava and Welcome to the Paradise of the Pacific. This Semester we will not only learn about important aspects of the Samoan culture, we will also look at how we use Gagana Samoa in certain social settings such as Polyfest.  Students will not only receive credits for participation in Polyfest, but also having a part in planning and taking part in the Samoan Language Week performances.

Recommended Prior Learning

Students must also be willing to give speeches, participate in performance and contribute to class discussions.
