Social Justice Now! - Level 1 English

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Ms T. Kushnier.

Have you ever wanted to see real change happen as a result of something you did? In this course we’ll put ourselves into the shoes of social justice warriors of the past, and learn how they created change with written, spoken, and visual language. From here, you too will have the chance to use language to communicate your ideas and have a chance to fight for the areas you want to see change in today!

Note - If you take this course, you will have the opportunity to gain NCEA credits in both English and Media Studies.
