Sports Mania: Level 1 English

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Miss J. Swney.

The sports world reaches far beyond the field or the court. This course will look at how the culture of professional sports has shaped the way we follow the lives and careers of sports icons and sports media, as we jump into the world of sports writing, commentating, advertising, etc.

Note -  We recommend selecting BOTH semester 1 and 2 of this course. 





Pathway

This course will lead into the 2ENG course, and will incorporate media studies units for students who may have an interest in media or journalism.
