Course Description
Teacher in Charge: Mr J. Borland.
In this course, you will participate practically in badminton. You will learn the bio-physical principles of performing a badminton shot. You will also look at principles of fitness to improve badminton performance
This is a standard achievement course and is ideal for those students who would like to pursue academic qualifications and attend university.
