Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Miss C. Parker.

This is an advanced and comprehensive course which requires students to undergo independent research and analysis of a variety of issues evident in the world today. Students will be required to attend a two-day camp in Tawharanui, where they will focus on self-management and self-efficacy in an outdoor environment.


Students who select this course are highly advised to select the second-semester health course.

Recommended Prior Learning

Prior learning in level 1 and 2 health is recommended for this course.
