Course Description

An in-depth look at how our lives are influenced by our genes. Super in-depth, this course will provide you with an understanding of the inheritance of traits, and how genes are expressed including factors that can influence their expression and impact the phenotype of an organism.

Recommended Prior Learning

12 Credits in Level 1 Science and Level 1 Literacy

Preference will be given to students who participated in the Level 1 Science External AS90949 - Demonstrate understanding of biological ideas relating to genetic variation
