Course Description
Teacher in Charge:
Semester 1 Design Visual Communication (DVC)
Level 1 DVC aims to introduce students to the foundations of product design, engineering and architecture. Level 1 DVC aims to get students to start looking at different ways of solving problems through creating three-dimensional products. It is designed to give students the technical knowledge they will need for levels 2 and 3 DVC.
In Year 11 students develop their skills in the following areas:
- Design Process
- Freehand sketching
- Various other drawing techniques
