Course Outline: This course develops algebraic and abstract thinking. It is essential for students wishing to study Mathematics at a higher level.

This course consists of 2 Achievement Standards that explore Statistics and Probability. 



Recommended Prior Learning

A minimum of 14 credits all at Merit or Excellence  from Level 1 Mathematics achievement standards , including at least one L1 External, preferably with Merit or Excellence endorsement in Level 1 Mathematics. 

Students who do not meet these requirements can only be admitted to this course with HoD approval.
