Note: You will not be learning about hip-hop in this dance course.
This course involves:
- studying dance genre styles to talk or write about them, and then perform them.
You will learn two dances to perform them for an internal assessment
You will learn about a dance genre to write about it for an external assessment
This is a semester 2-only course

demonstrate stylistic techniques and movements usually associated with
particular dance genres or styles or that include personal ways of moving that
emerge from improvisation and creative work
