Course Description

Students taking this course will learn the foundations of health and safety, food selection, preparation, practical cooking and the core knowledge that connects them all together. Students are encouraged to build their knowledge from what they already know and make connections to our whanau, health and wellbeing, and our environment. 

Pathway

This course sets you up into careers in the food, health and technology industries.
