16+ credits in L1 Social Studies or Level 1 Literacy (10 credits)
Learn more about the various work roles in the tourism industry, e.g. flight attendants, travel agents, hotel managers, duty free shop retailers and tour guides. You will study what makes Air New Zealand a successful global tourism business.
